A real gem! La Grange aux Oies in Sologne is an absolutely charming place, with an authentic decor that immediately creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since the arrival of the new chef and owner, the quality has clearly improved: refined, flavorful cuisine full of character, showcasing excellent ingredients. Each dish is prepared with care and passion, and it shows in every bite. A perfect place to spend a wonderful time, whether with family or friends. I highly recommend it!

Arriving on the evening of January 2nd, what a delightful discovery it was to find this warm and inviting restaurant with its crackling fireplace. The menu was filled with dishes more delicious than the last: salmon gravlax, pheasant with foie gras sauce, tournedos Rossini with pan-seared foie gras… and so much more! The manager and the chef are both charming, kind, and passionate. I recommend it 1000%!
