L'Auberge de la Mole sur La Mole

The Auberge has been one of my favorite places in the region for decades. The atmosphere is unique and so wonderfully authentic. A nice contrast to the same old restaurants in Saint Tropez and the surrounding area. The cuisine couldn't be better or more classic. The food is always freshly cooked, good basic products, beautiful braised dishes, wonderful homemade patés, homemade desserts, classic and very good cheese selection. The wine selection is also something special. In addition to classic varieties, you can also find special wines from almost all regions of France. The service is always very friendly and competent and most of the waitresses and waiters have been there for years. It's just a shame that this wonderful oasis is closed between the end of October and Easter.

Discovery of this charming family inn by chance. A real treat. Homemade cooking. Delicious. Owner and caring staff. Warm atmosphere. Highly recommended. We will return with great pleasure. Excellent dishes. Chocolate mousse to die for. A big congratulations to the whole team.

Ex distributore di benzina trasformato in ristorante , atmosfera molto caratteristica e piacevole, c’è un menù fisso a scelta multipla che va dal pre-antipasto al dolce con scelta multipla. Devo dire che si mangia veramente tanto ! Le porzioni sono incredibilmente ampie. Prezzo fisso 70€ a testa più le bibite. Un’esperienza divertente e da fare perché è uno dei rari posti nei dintorni di Saint Tropez che offre veramente cibo tradizionale e del territorio.

Il locale è un’antica locanda e da ammirare è la cucina Per iniziare ti portano un vassoio con terrine fois gras e testina accompagnati da pane caldo e ottimo burro Poi si sceglie un antipasto e un secondo compresi nel prezzo fisso Noi abbiamo assaggiato il salmone le coscette di rana e le lumache come antipasto e la confit de canard ( la migliore mai mangiata) e il filetto di manzo per secondo Compreso nel menù ci sono il gateau di patate formaggi e dolci Ottima lista di vini

A must go, when you are in the region!! Please do not eat for hours before. Bring a good appetite.

Very good restaurant with great value for money. Menu at 40€ with hors d'oeuvres on a platter, main course, cheese platter and dessert platter. The only downside, they don't take credit cards (but I respect this choice) so bring cash. Thank you for the service and the quality of the dishes offered and served

Excellent ! We ate very well there, the dishes were generous and very well cooked. The service is perfect, the waiters are very friendly. Menu at 70 euros which is worth it considering the quality and quantity of what we ate. The choice of local wines is also a very good point. I strongly recommend.

Good family meal. There are 2 à la carte menus. Too bad there isn't the possibility of having a dish for people who don't eat a lot. Otherwise server attentive.

Ultra charismatic place, in its own right. An inn straight from another era. Adorable service, ultra generous dishes. We loved every detail, from the regressive dishes to the enormous trio of desserts to share. Nugget address ♥️
