What a wonderful discovery after all these years since we last visited this restaurant! The previous owners were fantastic, so welcoming, smiling, and friendly, and tonight we're discovering the new ones (who have been running it for a few years now!), who are just as lovely. We had a wonderful meal—fresh, succulent, and exquisite dishes. The terrace is superb! Enclosed with games for children, perfect! The dining room is also very inviting. We will definitely be back with friends or extended family 🤩. Thank you so much! P.S.: A special mention to the waitress—young, sweet, lovely, and always smiling. Well done!

There's nothing to complain about there, I always go when I'm in the area. The service is very fast and always friendly. Starters, daily specials, and desserts are always €20 off, and the food is delicious—that's all you really ask for. And the setting is incredible; it's cool and the wood makes the room feel warm and inviting. Go for it!

After a 60km bike ride, what a pleasure it was to be welcomed by such a warm and friendly couple. And on top of that, the food was delicious, lovingly prepared, with excellent yogurt at breakfast. The rooms were spotless. We could have easily stayed for several days... Claudine and Bernard

What a disappointment! We had a reservation, but there was no choice of dishes; beef and carrots was the only option. There were four of us, and two of us didn't like beef! There was a large group there that day, and it was very noisy. Our only option was to eat outside, in 35°C heat! 😒🫠

Reserved for a midday break during a drive through the Beaujolais Vert region... A very pleasant inn with a simple yet inviting interior. Impeccable cleanliness and table settings, as is the rest of the dining room. Terrace with children's play area. A Sunday menu at a very reasonable price: €30 for a starter, main course, cheese, AND dessert... extremely rare! During the week, the daily menu was €17... exceptional! Beyond that, the cuisine is clever: a limited choice of two items for each course plus daily specials. It's simple and delicious, allowing for the above prices while minimizing waste. By keeping the unit cost down, I imagine with little stock, minimal waste, and minimal handling, it allows for high productivity in both the kitchen and the dining room... I love it! Such excellent value for money that doesn't compromise on culinary pleasure and conviviality. A very good meal in a warm atmosphere, with friendly yet efficient service (thank you, Rose!). There was a certain amount of background noise due to the nearly full dining room. An obvious and well-deserved success. There's no elaborate menu, no overwhelming selection, but I must emphasize: the cuisine is well thought out in every detail to satisfy the guests... What else? In any case, happy and satisfied, we regretted not taking photos to better showcase this beautifully run inn. We will gladly return to further illustrate this review.
