What a delightful surprise this restaurant was! From the moment we walked in, delicious aromas awakened our taste buds and made us eager to dig into every dish. The service was simply outstanding: professional, warm, and full of thoughtful touches. These attentive checks with each course to ensure everything was perfect made our lunch even more enjoyable. We opted for the six-course tasting menu, a true festival of flavors where delicacy meets indulgence. The local ingredients are beautifully prepared with finesse, and the delightful surprises like the amuse-bouche and petits fours with coffee add the perfect finishing touch. A treasure to remember! Go, you won't be disappointed.

First experience at this restaurant with the 6-course watercolor menu: it was perfect. The flavors and combinations were as surprising as they were excellent! Add to that the quality service; in short, we highly recommend it!

A very pleasant evening enjoying a four-course meal at €40 per person. Everything was excellent 👍, from the presentation to the taste and the service! The restaurant is located just fifteen minutes from Bernay; we'll be back!

We came for dinner on Friday evening, January 23rd, during the restaurant's reopening week. For the occasion, they were offering a special four-course set menu at a very reasonable price (€40) for the entire week. The couple managed the service masterfully, offering cuisine with consistently precise and pronounced flavors, and attentive, pleasant service. We opted for the cheese platter, which is certainly one of the finest you can find in the region, both in terms of the variety and the exceptional quality of the cheeses. The wine list has expanded considerably since the restaurant opened. In short... this set menu was perfect for us, and I hope to return from time to time.

Perfection!! Perfect cuisine, Exceptional service, Very warm atmosphere. For my part: Egg ravioli Sautéed Norman beef Timu chocolate. A riot of flavors, textures and tastes that will win over even the pickiest eaters (my son, who is usually a picky eater, loved it). Only fresh products and many local ones. I didn't have any cheese, but we were lucky enough to witness the service of a veritable array of French specialties, a true spectacle (Soumaintrain, Cabécou, Tomme aux Fleurs, Livarot, and more). Impeccable service from the three waiters, who possessed impressive expertise. I don't remember eating so well in over four decades... A place of culinary delight. I highly recommend it!!

Lunch on Thursday, November 27th Beautifully presented dishes. Generous and delicious portions. Delicious aromas that made you want to dig in with your fork or spoon. A family lunch to celebrate a retirement, on a Monday in November: it was perfect. The Aquarelle menu, in six courses, offered us a festival of delicate flavors. An address to treasure!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Ludivine and Allan for this precious moment shared during our classic car club outing. A wonderful welcome, elegant and refined cuisine, beautifully presented by the servers.
