L'Auberge de la Vanne sur Fontvannes

Ora di pranzo, percorriamo la strada, stiamo attenti a qualche insegna di ristorazione, eccola: l'Auberge de la Vanne, bene, c'è anche spazio per parcheggiare ed è l'ora giusta per il pranzo. Entriamo, bella sala, ci si avvicina una signora, ci indica la tavola ove accomodarci, anche se non avevano prenotato. Amo questi ristoranti ove il marito è in cucina, la moglie è in sala, ancora di più quando i cibi sono buoni. Di più: apprezzo moltissimo chi è come M.me Isabelle, ovvero la cordialità, il buonumore in persona. Scegliamo la formula piatto + dessert. Porco cotto lentamente, a bassa temperatura, con carota, tòcchi di patata, un pizzico di ratatouille, due foglie di insalata, saporito, tenerissimo, per nulla filaccioso, adagiato su una salsina che completava la squisitezza del piatto. il dessert: crema pistacchiata con fragole, anche questa ottima, che ben ha accompagnato il caffè. Conto: 53.20€. Un rimpianto: non avere questo ristorante sotto casa! Una stretta di mano, come al congedo, a M.me Isabelle e complimenti a M. Thierry Dubrulle, con la speranza di ripassare da voi, non solo per stringere la mano....

Local dinner, salmon starter… Too little salmon and not spicy enough, ditto shredded poultry, the dishes… The perfect pork!!!! The trout quenelle… Not much of a trout taste and lots of sauce… 🦞 value for money… Very attentive service, very caring! With this location in a good location, we still had a great time!

If you pass through Fonvannes, stop at this address! Between a super friendly welcome, very attentive, the dishes are just super good and homemade, the cooking is made with love and you can feel it. A magnificent discovery, you will see us again, I promise! Thanks to you

Great find! We had lunch here during a family motorcycle ride, the welcome was friendly and the food really excellent, the value for money is unbeatable, we had a great time! Everything is made from fresh products and it shows! Occasionally we will come back!

Very good address 20 minutes from Troyes. Cooking with only fresh produce and it shows. It was very good, well served. The starters were quite modern and very good for an inn: gravlax salmon with vinegar beads (molecular) and cucumber soup, pea soup and perfect egg. More classic dishes. Good quantity and good value for money. Very warm service. I highly recommend. Thank you for this lovely moment! A small downside on the wine by the glass which was a little expensive (rosé almost 6eur).

Ne pas oublier de réserver du début à la fin du repas tout et très bon et bien présenté accueil sympathique produits frais tout est fait maison à ne pas manquer
