It was obvious that he would be downgraded to two stars, but even this might be too high. Just no development in the last ten years. However, the location is as beautiful as ever.

We were there as part of the stars of Alsace, so with a specific menu. And honestly, we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect. Both in terms of tastes, cuisine, wines and service. Which was flawless. It was really great

today at the Auberge de l'Ill for the 2nd time where we had a very pleasant time, excellent meal, top service and kindness of all the staff. Our 7-year-old grandson would have given this restaurant 4 stars while the culinary critics are waiting for it! we hope to return there and I, who love cooking, will share other flavors in this mecca of French gastronomy. A big thank you to you.

31/03/2024: Thank you for this wonderful moment! The establishment has just had a makeover and it’s a success!!
30/03/2024: First and last hope in this establishment, a modern and warm setting, unfortunately that is not everything... We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and left at 10:30 p.m.... Poor server service who ordered gravlas instead of the children's menu (10€ for fish pasta and sauce, not even vegetables or decoration). So back in the gravlas kitchen, our plates arrived at the same time, waiting for us for a good 20 minutes (cold meal) in order to be able to eat with the children.... No commercial gesture for this error. I do not recommend this establishment, although it is renowned as a master restaurateur. Unfortunately we weren't the only ones there that evening....
