As always, an exceptional place. We are loyal customers and are always captivated by the quality and culinary offerings. An idyllic setting and a professional welcome worthy of the establishment's reputation. Bravo to the entire team!

A magnificent culinary experience, the wines chosen for us in the package were excellent and the favorable weather allowed us to have aperitifs and coffee on the terrace by the river, it was magical!

The service is remarkable, and despite the quality of the products, the taste is superb; however, for a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, I am disappointed.

We thought there were too many "different" waiters at our table and unfortunately that wasn't all we got with the presentation of the food. This is because the young waiter spoke too fast and a bit difficult to understand in English.

Restaurant A la Truite

27/09/2026: The recent renovation of the decor has been beneficial to the establishment. The spirit of Marie—who makes occasional appearances—and of her late husband hovers over the staff, whom the owners have managed to maintain in a family atmosphere that rubs off on the customers, who are always happy to be welcomed like friends. Isn't that right, Aysun and Raphaël?
25/09/2026: Excellent service and quality cuisine, we will be back...everything was perfect...the availability and kindness of the waitstaff...the cooking was exactly as requested...a place to recommend...thank you for this lovely evening...
