A very warm welcome, a charming and typical vaulted dining room, and quick service. The Champsaur fondue and the "Donkey Ears" (a type of pastry) were delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

A perfect welcome. A very pleasant atmosphere with a mix of regulars and tourists. We enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad and the Champsaur sausage (Champsouillette, I believe), both very well cooked and garnished with delicious local products. Two reservations, however. I was very disappointed with my cheese course for dessert: two slices of local Tomme cheese, fine, but unfortunately, two slices of industrial goat cheese log from the local Carrefour or Intermarché. On Monday morning at the farmers' market, I bought some delicious goat cheeses and Bleu du Champsaur from a local farm, which I regretted not having enjoyed on my plate at your restaurant two days prior, at a price of €8.50. The choux pastry in my wife's profiteroles wasn't completely thawed.
