We stumbled upon it while exploring the area. The set menu cost 30 Euros and we left very satisfied. The food was very generous.

A simple, friendly restaurant filled with regulars in a small village, offering generous and refined cuisine. The welcome is warm. Homemade cuisine; I recommend the foie gras crème brûlée. A big thank you.

What a great place! So unassuming but delicious food. Snails - really really good. Choice of 3 wines, red, white or rose. Red wine delicious. What a truly lovely suprise. The chef is the husband of the waitress. Great service, such a nice couple.

Everything is great, the owners are very friendly and welcoming, the food is perfect... we ate really well... and the dessert: iced mushrooms are just amazing... I really enjoyed it.

I chose this restaurant by chance after visiting the Château de Hautefort, and luck would have it! The reception was very friendly on the phone and on site. The food was delicious and tasty 😋 We enjoyed it from start to finish, both young and old. The portions are very generous. I highly recommend it. See you soon. The Charentais

I don't recommend the rib-eye steak. It arrived raw even though I had ordered it medium rare. The fries, which were marked homemade, were not.
