While visiting family, we had lunch at the inn where we received a very warm welcome and had a lovely time. Friendly atmosphere. The meal was very good and plentiful. Special menu for the walnut festival this Sunday. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

A lovely place run by a very welcoming family. We were made to feel very welcome with our dog and baby. One of the best duck breasts I've ever eaten!

The value for money is unbeatable, the dishes are regional, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The presentation of the food could be improved slightly. The ice cream is a highlight, especially the homemade sorbets!

We came this Sunday as a family. We had a very pleasant time. The welcome, service, and meal were all excellent. The plates were generous and homemade. A special mention for the homemade ice cream (honey, blueberry, and raspberry); the honey one was a big hit. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness. We will definitely be back.

Smiling and very pleasant staff. The food and ingredients are fresh. However, there's no daily menu or choice of two courses, and that's it. Well, that's why the ingredients are fresh, but the selection is a bit limited. It's still expensive for what it is, especially for a small town, and even more so since the dishes aren't typical of the region.

What a pleasant surprise this inn was! A warm welcome, an excellent menu featuring seasonal produce, and unbeatable value for money. Generous portions. I recommend this inn 200%, it's less than 10 minutes from Hautefort Castle.
