Decent cuisine even if we were a little disappointed by dishes lacking in flavor. The welcome is OK but a little cold and a lot of waiting (on a Friday evening). The menu costs 38€ with even a supplement of 2€ for foie gras, so the value for money is not great.

Excellent culinary getaway. The proportions are well balanced. Succulent sea bream on the children’s menu. Exquisite foie gras. Particularly friendly cook. We wish great success to this inn in the heart of the charming village of La Salvetat.

The most excellent cuisine. The carpaccio is to die for. The chef is welcoming and the service impeccable. I highly recommend, best restaurant by far in the area.

An absolutely incredible dining experience. There being several of us we were able to taste all the dishes, it was impossible to choose one. Everything is beautiful and good. The welcome is friendly, the place is atypical. I really recommend Well done
