Excellent evening, the service is exemplary professional without being stuffy, the atmosphere is light and pleasant, the cuisine refined and authentic. Local products and home cooking make it a must in the region. We will come back with pleasure.

This intimate restaurant (around twenty seats) lives up to its bistronomic name! A true gastronomic journey between local products and a slight touch of exoticism, expertly orchestrated! The welcome is warm and very attentive! As for the menus, it is difficult to find better, so originality combines with tradition! A must try if you go to La Salvetat!!!
