A superb break with friends. Homemade dishes, everything was delicious, homemade fries (that’s so rare 😉). The welcome from the boss and top staff, in a very pleasant setting. You can discover the wines of the region there. I really recommend this restaurant.
Made up of a group of 8 people, we decided to have lunch on the road linking Descartes to Chinon.
After experiencing several refusals due to the time (a Saturday at 1:30 p.m.) we tried the Auberge des Coteaux, which accepted our arrival.
Excellent cuisine with quality products.
So it’s not complicated to eat well for a very reasonable amount.
The concept of wines is interesting: you choose your bottles on the wall before the dining room. So you don't choose your wine based on price!

Very nice discovery following the recommendations of Marie from Domaine Jourdan. Simple and generous cuisine. A menu with 3 starters, 2 main courses and dessert. I really enjoyed the setting of the restaurant. Thank you for this moment during our vacation.
