Excellent restaurant in the charming village of Le Villars near Tournus. High quality regional food carefully prepared by competent and engaged chef; pleasant and welcoming service and a delightful ambiance. Excellent value for money. As a long-term local I'll be delighted to revisit soon.

The dishes are delicious from appetizer to dessert, rich in subtle flavors and vibrant colors. Special mention goes to the rocket sorbet. Impeccable service, with great attention to the customer. The waitress's competence and smile deserve special mention. Everything is just right and perfectly balanced. A very pleasant setting in a charming village. A wonderful discovery! The dishes are high-quality, made with excellent local ingredients. A great wine list at reasonable prices, unlike many restaurants where the cheapest wine is more expensive than the menu! We received a warm welcome. Don't hesitate to make the trip.

An excellent restaurant with incomparable food quality

We had a fantastic evening at Auberge des Gourmets! Guillaume Laublanc's cuisine is a reflection of himself: generous and full of passion. The staff is simply remarkable: attentive, warm, and incredibly caring from the beginning to the end of the meal. Their advice, especially regarding wine pairings, was greatly appreciated. A truly delightful experience in a friendly and elegant atmosphere. A must-visit restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return (when pâté season arrives 😉).
