Julien and Sandrine are passionate, attentive, very friendly, and accommodating. Everything was easy with them. We used their services for our wedding (over two days, two different venues), and everything was a resounding success with our guests (special mention for the incredible cocktail hour and dessert!). They have a highly dynamic team that handled numerous unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue changes). Matéo and his servers were fantastic (and always with a smile!). We are delighted to have been able to rely on them; they helped us have a wonderful time.

We hired Les 3 Marchands for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. All our guests complimented us on the quality of the meal. From the drinks reception to the desserts, everything was excellent! All the appetizers were delicious, with a special mention for the beef tataki and the scallops, which were a hit with everyone. The starter, shrimp skewers with chorizo ​​cream, was a real treat. The main course, cod in a lemon crust, was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. As for the desserts… a true delight! The raspberry-coconut dacquoise was light and delicious, and the dessert, a chocolate shell on a brownie topped with passion fruit mousse, wowed all our guests. A huge thank you to Julien, the chef, and his entire team, who were exceptionally professional. A special mention also goes to Sandrine, with whom we were in contact throughout the preparations. She was wonderful, lovely, always available, reassuring, and incredibly kind. Her support was invaluable. They also had to deal with a major unforeseen event: a power outage of nearly four hours during dinner, caused by a transformer that caught fire in the neighboring village following the storms. Despite this situation, they adapted with impressive composure. The food remained hot, the service continued smoothly, and the quality was never compromised. Thank you so much to the entire team for your talent, professionalism, and kindness. You greatly contributed to making our wedding an unforgettable day. We recommend you without hesitation!
