I highly recommend this restaurant because everything about it is perfect: the pleasant setting, the impeccable service by a small team of attentive and caring young waitresses and waiters, the very reasonable prices (€16.90 for the set menu, €1.50 for an espresso, a rarity these days), and above all, the essential element: simple, delicious, and absolutely perfect cuisine. Also worth noting is the excellent wine list. A wonderful discovery along my travels.

We felt very comfortable in this restaurant. The staff were very friendly, the setting pleasant, and not too noisy. Most importantly, the food was excellent. The €35 set menu offered exceptional value for money, with exquisite flavors and a wonderful taste!

A truly wonderful experience at Auberge du Born (again 😉). The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise yet generous, where each dish tells a unique story. The ingredients are clearly chosen with care, enhanced by perfectly cooked dishes and meaningful pairings.
The presentation is meticulous and elegant, never ostentatious, and the flavors are consistently excellent from start to finish. You can sense a genuine technical mastery, but above all, a deep passion and respect for the ingredients.
The welcome is warm and sincere, reflecting the spirit of the establishment: an authentic inn that manages to remain unpretentious while offering top-notch cuisine.
An address we wholeheartedly recommend, and one we will gladly return to. Bravo to the entire team at Auberge du Born for their outstanding work.
