What a delightful discovery this meal was! The atmosphere was hushed, with a beautifully updated and refreshed decor. The amuse-bouche and the menu delighted our palates (the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine were top-notch). The dessert was remarkably delicate and beautiful to behold, a blend of expertise and daring in the choice of ingredients:
(Ah, the strawberry tart with its basil sorbet—a true culinary experience!)... All this with a warm and welcoming smile! Bravo!!!

Stop in the charming village of Saint-Julien-en-Born and park in front of the terrace, or opposite, in the shops' parking lot (34 spaces). Take a seat on the sunny terrace and let your taste buds, as well as your eyes, be delighted by each dish. The menu offers dishes that are as sophisticated as they are surprising, and the daily special is wonderfully fresh, offering exceptional value. The friendly, patient, and efficient service makes this stop even more enjoyable.
The €35 set menu surprised us with its quality: highly original dishes, superbly presented, and combining delicate and surprising flavors. A 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

The steak tartare was excellent as a starter. The other dishes were less impressive. The restaurant is very busy on weekends, so I recommend booking in advance.
