We had lunch this afternoon with a friend from Lille. Pleasantly installed in the shade in the garden, enjoying a remarkable view of the Flemish plain, we really appreciated the welcome from the boss and his son as well as the delicious grills over a wood fire. The boss amuses us with his humor which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. Our friend was delighted and we, who live 3km away, will not be long in repeating this pleasant discovery. Typical Flanders inn. The owner is a friendly and jovial character. Working in a short circuit, highlight the gastronomy of our region with simplicity. The flavor is there. I will return with my family, I had a really good time there.

Found this place online. Hard to find but satnav worked and we were glad we found it. Place packed. Food good value and very tasty. Views panoramic. Wood fired steaks spot on and service just what we wanted. Would we come again? You bet
