The fries weren't great, and the carbonnade was a small portion. No bread. But above all, the owner shouldn't be yelling at his staff in front of the customers. There's a palpable tension; perhaps someone could hire staff to help the servers or lend a hand in the kitchen.

A wonderful discovery. I recommend the butcher's cut, a piece of beef marinated in rosemary and cooked over a wood fire. Served with homemade fries.

A very pleasant surprise, this inn nestled in a verdant setting. A traditional pub with regional dishes, wood-fired grills, and delicious beer. The desserts are incredible, a real treat; I highly recommend it.
