A fantastic new team, everything is done for customer service, the cuisine is delicious, totally organic made with products from their farm and the rooms are spacious and comfortable… Bravo to Benoît and Christina. Too bad for them because we will come back often. Rudolph and Nadia

Ideally located at the foot of the Névache mountains. Very warm welcome, delicious food. If you want to get off the beaten track and discover delicious and original cuisine, go for it!!!

Endroit agréable ou nous avons dîné avec les pensionnaires de l'auberge avec un menu unique et bon. Nous avons été surpris par le prix du repas qui n'était pas en rapport avec la prestation .

During a stay in Briançon, we went to Nevache for a walk. We discovered a magnificent place, the Auberge du Clot. The Auberge du Clot is located in a magnificent setting! It offers a menu with mainly local products. The dishes are original and delicious. Weather permitting, we ate outside on wooden tables and were able to fully enjoy the idyllic setting of this place. The welcome is warm and the service perfect. We had a great time!

Lunch out of season, good food choice, nice wine , relaxed service, lovely location. Thank you for letting us come. (No points for the room as just dining. )

The only restaurant open in the off-season in Nevache. Excellent welcome: the staff is super welcoming and very friendly. We will come back as soon as possible

Restaurant très agréable et repas savoureux . Il faudrait renouveler la carte cependant car c'est la même depuis 2 ans et c'est dommage
