Delicious little restaurant at semi-altitude reached after a mini hike in the beautiful Nevache mountain. Try the trout caught in the nearby Clarée and flavored with local herbs and tapenade. 👍🌞

Very nice evening last Tuesday at the Auberge du Clot. Very friendly welcome, excellent and very original cuisine. All in a very mountain setting, simple and warm. A big congratulations and a big thank you to Ludivine and Jean-Laurent. We will come back.

Great stay exploring Clarée at the Auberge du Clôt. We took one of the 2 rooms located in the village and the comfort is top notch: very successful wooden atmosphere, good equipment, comfortable bedding, cleanliness => perfect! We had half board and it was really very good: original recipes, very well prepared, from starter to dessert, and with a hearty and delicious breakfast (great for going on a walk). Lots of local products, and home cooking: well done! But the most remarkable thing is certainly the welcome. It's been a long time since we had the feeling of being taken care of with such generosity. A service full of attention! The handover from the old to the new generation seems assured!

We are regulars. When we come to Briançon, it’s a must to come and enjoy Auberge du Clôt. The lamb is delicious, and the donkey ear grain is simply killer. Go there with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed. And the couple who run the inn are adorable and will take care of you. See you soon, Marine and Thomas (34)

We discovered this little chalet in August. What a nice surprise to discover passionate people. We went back at the beginning of January, then for a weekend in February. And always the same welcome, the same desire and pleasure to discover such delicious but above all tasty dishes with very good local products. From aperitif to dessert everything is delicious. A magnificent view and the room we were in is also magnificent. Thank you to the staff for loving what you do because it shows on the plate. And I love the way you describe your dishes. Don't change anything. If you readers take some time in this wonderful Clarée valley, take a trip to the Auberge du Clos.
