A rzally good experience in this restaurant. Refine and original cooking with a really good advice and choice of the matching wines with dishes. You will enjoy some local wine and be surpised with their quality. I totaly recommend

We stayed in the Loire Valley for a single night on our way back home nearly a decade ago. On that evening we tried to find a restaurant open and stumbled upon one, the food was splendid. This year on our road trip around Europe I booked a troglodyte room in Rochecorbon, and on our first night we went for a walk searching for food. We found L'Auberge Du Croissant. The menu looked great and the restaurant well laid out, and our host welcoming. We ordered, enjoyed perusing the excellent wine list, and started our meal. Then an air of familiarity hit, the layout was modern and well thought out, but the room resonated. It was that same restaurant from so long ago, much updated, new ownership, but the food was excellent, and after we stopped laughing at each other, was a resounding revisit to the cuisine of the Loire! Merci beaucoup!

Unfriendly owner, exorbitant breakfast prices...

At breakfast, contrary to what the inn's name might suggest, there wasn't just croissants 🥐. Imagine: the croissant inn, brioche, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee, tea, and jam. The size of the sign 😮

We had a wonderful time with colleagues. The menu was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. A truly great experience, we'd do it again in a heartbeat!
