L'auberge du Herisson sur La Chaux-Du-Dombief

I had the lunch menu: a huge, very delicious salad followed by succulent trout and a very generous lady white. All this for 25 euros. I don't understand the criticism about the chef. For me it was tasty, local and generous. Coming back from the waterfalls it was great.

Nice hostel, the staff is pleasant and the room is very good. We slept well on the 2nd floor, it was very quiet and the bedding was of excellent quality.

We ate at the restaurant but did not sleep at the hotel. We came across this restaurant by chance on our way back from the waterfalls: a pleasant surprise because the food is mostly homemade and very good. The value for money is good.

A beautiful address, both for its ideal location for hiking the Hérisson waterfalls and for being the base camp for visiting the region. Many positive points but the first is undeniably the team: attentive, always smiling despite the summer rush, ready to give advice... The hotel is nice. Clean room, good bedding, quiet… Breakfast allows you to start the day with a good hike: local cold meats, local cheeses, fruits, eggs and the classic croissants, chocolatines and baguettes... The meals were varied with homemade products and honoring the local area. Considering the location, the prices remain very reasonable. In short, a good address! Here's a point of improvement:: internet because no or little 3G network... I even had edge... I thought it no longer existed :) so anticipate the preparations for your hikes / visits

Pour moi l'endroit es très bien Nous avons mangés en famille rien à dire Les plats sympas Frites très bonnes, (il faut le dire car sur certains commentaires les frites sont pas Bonnes....) Service impeccable... Pour ceux qui critiques allez mangez à Mac do Au plaisir d'y retourner Je recommande à tous ce restaurant

We just had lunch. Excellent meal with good value for money. 25€ for the starter, main course and dessert formula.
