It's very, very pleasant, the setting is lovely, the staff are excellent, nothing to complain about except that we will gladly return.

We spent a night at Domaine du Hirtz with access to the spa, and it was a very pleasant experience. A big thank you to the brasserie La Table des Cerfs for this wonderful time! Special mention to Jennifer, the waitress, who was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. And kudos to chef Thomas, who prepared an absolutely delicious burger for us! The warm service and top-notch cuisine truly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We will gladly return!

My sister and I spent a day at Domaine du Hirtz. Wow, the restaurant was perfect, the service impeccable. The massages were perfect, and the spa was fantastic. We will definitely be back, and I recommend it 1000%! Special mention to the waitress who took such good care of us; her smile was genuine and she was incredibly kind. We only enjoyed the spa experience, so I can't comment on the hotel. The experience was very pleasant. There were two adults and a child (rarely allowed in spas), and the weather was perfect for a Nordic spa, as we had snow. It was both relaxing and invigorating. We tried almost all the pools (except the outdoor cold plunge pool). We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming; thank you so much. Reservations are highly recommended, if not mandatory, in advance. I would also like to commend the team that handles email inquiries. It's nice to receive personal, quick, and efficient responses—well done! The only downside we found was that at the end, everyone ended up in the changing rooms and showers at the same time. There weren't enough showers for the number of guests at that point. A spa kit is available for rent at reception; however, you are welcome to bring your own slippers (required), bathrobe, and towels. Swimming caps are not required. Thank you so much for this experience, and we look forward to returning.

The staff is really welcoming. I just happened to stop by because I was looking for a place to have a coffee. The place is beautiful and the people are very kind. I can't wait to come back and explore it during a longer stay.

A magical weekend in the snow! 😍 Access was made easy by the resort, and snow tires did the rest. We received a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff we met throughout the weekend. 🤩 The services, activities, and restaurant are all top-notch. Feeling pampered, well looked after, and satisfied, we left without any trouble, the road cleared again by the resort, which even offers to pick up and drop off its guests at the bottom of the village in case of snow! What more could you ask for... We're hoping for more time to come back! 🤔
