A very good professional meal shared at the Auberge du Hirtz. The service was impeccable as were the dishes served. In addition, we were able to share beautiful walks in the neighboring forests.

Second visit to the Hirtz estate, a place full of serenity, surrounded by nature, committed to the protection of our beautiful planet.
The lodge is magnificent, comfortable.
You feel like you're in a cocoon.
The sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace are really appreciated after a magnificent walk to the waterfall.
Thank you to the whole team for the attention left in the lodge (coffee, tea) and for the beautiful bouquet of natural flowers.
It is certain, a next stay is essential to recharge your batteries.

Nice discovery ✨
Warm welcome from all the staff, attentive to customers and very attentive.
The natural setting of the estate is totally exotic, all the spaces have their charm. We loved the herbal teas offered everywhere around the different structures of the estate and obviously the meal at the Table des Cerfs (a delight! And the adorable Vosges waitress )
We will come back 🤗

my opinion only concerns the Nordic spa
the place is idyllic, in the middle of the forest, the SPA, swimming pools and relaxation facilities are correct, although showing some signs of aging. Swimming against the current is not functional, The 90° Sauna does not rise in temperature, it does not There is no (anymore) shower when leaving (it seems temporary) and the hammam is just as ineffective. we're still a little late in terms of balneotherapy. Difficult to keep busy for a full day.
The staff is very friendly and attentive... 5* for them.
The brasserie is very well maintained, the buffets are excellent, as are the dishes; 5*+ for the employee who manages and serves it.

We spent our Sunday afternoon at the spa with my partner, it was super relaxing. Little extra for the infusions available. The staff is pleasant and available for any information, it seems trivial but it is not that common.
We also ate at the inn, and yum what a meal, the team is welcoming, warm and smiling. Special mention for Stéphanie who is at the top :)
