L'Auberge du Hirtz sur Wattwiller

We had the immense joy of celebrating our wedding at this incredible estate. It's a magical and charming place, perfect for a secular wedding with a rustic or bohemian theme. All our guests were equally captivated; the setting is truly breathtaking. Furthermore, Julianna, who was with us throughout the weekend and beforehand, was incredibly attentive and responsive to our requests. We also enjoyed the lodges, which were exceptionally comfortable and charming, perfectly reflecting the beauty of the venue. The restaurant itself is delicious, simple yet efficient. The servers are also very pleasant. It's touching that they have an initiative to employ people with visible and invisible disabilities. In conclusion, if you're looking for a wedding venue, look no further!

A first for us yesterday afternoon. We received a voucher for Christmas that included 4 hours at the spa and a meal. The spa was really lovely; personally, I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff is extremely kind, and the treatments offered are excellent. The jacuzzi is warm, the pool is a delight, and the hammam and sauna are also very pleasant. I can't find a single downside to our experience. We had a very good meal at dinner, and the setting is beautiful. We'll be back.

It's always a great pleasure to come for a drink on the terrace or a romantic meal. The staff is incredibly attentive, and all this in a magnificent setting.

My review concerns only the inn where I had lunch yesterday. The welcome and service were rather mediocre. We had to ask for something to season my tomato juice, which annoyed the waitress, especially since it arrived after I had practically drunk it plain... the same thing happened with the coffee; we had to ask three people to get it... nothing serious in itself for us, but the staff were rather unfriendly. The same goes for the meal: no seasoning, the filet mignon had no flavor, the vegetables looked very much like they were frozen, and the spätzle were sticky. This is the first time I've had lunch at your establishment, and I must say I expected better in every respect.

We had a fantastic day out with friends at Domaine du Hirtz (8-hour experience). Everything was great, and the lunch buffet was also delicious. We highly recommend it! 😁 Special mention to Marine and Jenifer, who were absolutely kind, smiling, and radiant, and who made us laugh so much with their invention of the Océane Cocktail!

The natural setting is very pleasant, and the outdoor spa concept has the potential to be truly relaxing. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the price. The facilities are clearly too small for the number of people it accommodates: far too many people at once, which completely negates the relaxing atmosphere one expects from this type of establishment. Between the noise, the hustle and bustle, and the lack of space, it was difficult to truly enjoy the experience. And honestly, allowing children in this kind of place is incomprehensible. A spa is supposed to be a place of calm and relaxation. It's also worth noting that since the spa is entirely outdoors, it can get very cold depending on the weather: it's best not to be too sensitive to the cold. The bathrobes quickly become soaked, making the experience even less comfortable between dips in the water. Some of the equipment was also faulty or poorly maintained, which is disappointing given the prices. On the plus side, however, the staff is very kind, welcoming, and does their best. We had lunch at the restaurant "La Table des Cerfs," and it was excellent. However, the establishment really needs to review either its seating capacity or its prices, as the service offered remains rather average for a premium price.

A wonderful discovery, a fantastic stay. A very warm welcome, very pleasant and attentive staff, and excellent food.

We chose Domaine du Hirtz to celebrate our wedding. We don't regret our choice at all. The staff took excellent care of our guests who were staying on-site, and Julianna was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable.
