A warm welcome and impeccable service. And a beautiful setting by the lake. A good omen for the meal. And what a treat! From the starter, shredded chicken flavored with fresh and delicious truffle, to the main course, sweetbreads (so rare these days), absolutely superb. For the cheese course, a welcome change from the traditional cheese board, camembert ice cream (surprising but delicious) and crispy brie (also delicious 😁). And to finish, a chocolate fondant (perfectly moist). A delight for the taste buds. A must-visit if you're in the area. A wonderful discovery, a bit of a happy accident for us, but there's no such thing as chance in the chef's cuisine where everything is harmonious: the flavors are delicious, the textures sophisticated, and the choice of table setting and natural elements completes the experience.
