We were passing through Troyes and chose to have lunch at the Vieux Pressoir. What a great discovery!
Indeed, the setting is peaceful, the welcome is warm and given with real kindness, the room is elegant and tastefully decorated.
And finally let's not forget the kitchen! From starter to dessert, the dishes were fine and expertly prepared. Not to mention that the discussions with the chef were very friendly and very interesting.
As soon as we get the chance, we will stop by without hesitation.
