l'Auberge du Moulin sur Castelsarrasin

09/10/2026: Having eaten at this restaurant several times, I can say that it offers good quality traditional cuisine, complemented by a wine cellar with excellent selections. This is something I appreciate. However, there are a few drawbacks... parking isn't always easy, and the service sometimes seems rushed, probably due to staff shortages, which can lead to waits. The surroundings are also quite noisy, particularly because of its proximity to the roundabout. In short, this is an establishment worth knowing about for the quality of its food and wines, but a few improvements would allow diners to enjoy their meal in a more pleasant atmosphere.

12/09/2026: We stopped for lunch at 1:30 pm, and this restaurant welcomed us despite the late hour. The meal was superb (homemade foie gras, homemade fries, perfectly cooked duck breast). The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it. The restaurant was very clean, and I will definitely return.
