We stopped at the Auberge du Moulin this Saturday for lunch. The terrace was perfectly shaded thanks to the magnificent trees. The cassoulet was divine, and the veal was equally delicious. The children's menus were varied (meat or fish, vegetables or pasta or potatoes...) and excellent. Not to mention the impeccable and very kind service, for both adults and children. Thank you, Auberge du Moulin!

Absolutely fantastic, an ideal setting – in winter and summer. Excellent service and delicious traditional cuisine… don't hesitate to try the cassoulet. The lunch menu is also excellent.

On our way to Ariège, we made a detour to try the cassoulet and it was delicious. The welcome was as warm as ever. We'll gladly return. In Vendée, we have mogettes (white beans) but no cassoulet.

A very pleasant place, we received a warm welcome despite the late lunchtime. They offered us homemade fish soup to tide us over. The food and ingredients were fresh. We were pleasantly surprised.

A romantic dinner, very well served, no complaints there. What was disappointing was the speed at which we ate. The starter followed the aperitif in just a few minutes. The main course followed the same pace, and we were presented with the bill halfway through dessert… 1 hour and 15 minutes total. For a Saturday night reservation, this is not what one expects from a restaurant. Very disappointed.

05/08/2026: A superb experience! The service was quick and friendly. I'm surprised I didn't discover this little restaurant sooner. Initially, we just wanted to have a drink on the terrace, but we ended up ordering a charcuterie platter: it was magnificent, hearty, and generous. It was a wonderful discovery, and we'll be back soon to try the other dishes. The entire restaurant staff is incredibly friendly and kind. In addition, the parking spaces are easily accessible, with a clearly visible spot where I was able to park my motorcycle without any problems. I'm only giving it 5 stars because, unfortunately, I can't give 10! 😄 More seriously, everything was perfect. Thank you for your warm welcome, your service, and your kindness. (P.S. No photo of the platter because it wasn't there long enough, lol. Charcuterie platter, Coke, strawberry Coke, and mint water) Sinaï & Léa
