EXCELLENT RESTAURANT WITH A SINGLE MENU AND ONLY BY RESERVATION AT LUNCH. ALL DISHES ARE HOMEMADE, THE VEGETABLES ARE FROM THE GARDENS NEXT TO THE RESTAURANT. THE SETTING IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF ARE TOP-NOTCH. THIS PLACE IS VERY KNOWN IN THE HAUTES-ALPES. HEAD TO GAP THEN BRIANCON AND TURN RIGHT AT THE MONGARDIN CROSSROADS, AND 150 METERS LATER ON THE LEFT. PLUS YOU MAY BE WELCOMED BY JUJU THE ROOSTER AND HIS FARM IF THEY ARE OUT. THIS RESTAURANT HAS BEEN SHOWED ON TF1 AND IT WAS JEAN-PIERRE PERNAUT WHO MADE IT FAMOUS. GO THERE YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
Unique menu, but high quality. Cuisine from our grandmothers. Excellent local produce. A delightfully old-fashioned, soothing setting.

And three... and I hope for many more, a real treat. We came with family and friends, the latter delighted with the venue and the meal. Today it was raining, so we ate indoors, the room was very pleasant, and as always, everything was very good. The final touch, the pistachio ice cream, was a great success. Don't hesitate to try the house wines as an aperitif... in fact, don't hesitate to try anything, try everything 👍
The penultimate time, the beautiful weather gave us the opportunity to eat outdoors, a pure delight.
