A meal just like your grandmother's, a real cordon bleu cook. A traditional meal, but superbly prepared. And what can I say about the dessert menu (numerous and all homemade)?

A wonderful discovery, it has everything: excellent and generous cuisine, from appetizer to dessert, the service, the attentiveness and humor, and the particularly pleasant setting! We had a fantastic time!

A wonderful family moment in the authentic setting of a mountain inn! The arrival sets the tone: a vegetable garden, cows, chickens, a charming building, and trees overlooking the property. The cuisine is just as vibrant: refined yet unpretentious, the food is high quality, and the portions are generous. Be warned: the meal takes time, but that's perfectly normal (one waitress and one cook), and it makes the experience truly special, like eating at your great-aunt's or grandmother's house. Also, you don't choose the menu, but again, this adds to the authentic feel. I 100% recommend this place for a delicious family meal!

Auberge du Moulin is a true gem in the Hautes-Alpes (05). A magnificent place, full of charm and authenticity, where you're guaranteed an exceptional experience every time. The welcome is always warm and friendly, the service impeccable, whether you choose to have lunch in the shade of the superb plane tree or inside, in this typical and characterful building. Here, everything is homemade with passion, using local produce and often directly from the owners' own garden. Every detail is thoughtfully and originally designed: wine ice cubes containing real rose petals, or aperitif ice cubes made with frozen cherries or grapes, depending on the season… touches that are as elegant as they are surprising. As for the food, it's a true delight for the taste buds. We are fortunate to discover exquisite creations throughout the seasons: mushroom terrines in the autumn, spring vegetable and herb terrines, or an incredible gougère-style cabbage with Châteauroux trout accompanied by delicately prepared vegetables. The dishes are simply delicious: local poultry cooked to perfection, accompanied by consistently flavorful vegetables and potatoes reimagined according to the Chef's inspiration. A huge congratulations to her for the remarkable quality of her cuisine and her absolutely exquisite poultry jus. And what about the desserts… a wide and tempting selection that often features fruit, but not exclusively: frozen desserts with candied chestnuts, pavlovas, profiteroles… everything is generous, refined, and perfectly executed. We could go on and on, as this restaurant truly deserves praise. A huge thank you to these two passionate sisters who allow us to experience delightful moments in a wonderful setting. And above all, congratulations to you both for your talent, your hospitality and your love of the profession.

A warm welcome awaits you; you'll be greeted with a smile. The "terrace" consists of tables in the garden, creating a very pleasant atmosphere where you'll feel right at home! For meals, there's a single dish that varies depending on the day and what's in the chefs' garden. The ingredients are 100% local, and the dishes are absolutely delicious! Go for it without hesitation!

A magical interlude where we're transported back to the comforting dishes of our grandmother's home cooking, a rural setting where chickens and cats roam freely under the plane tree, fresh produce from the garden and local market. A warm welcome, you feel right at home and we highly recommend it! Reservations only, and open for lunch.

Fantastic place! High-quality products, generous portions, and truly delicious dishes—we enjoyed every bite from start to finish. Special mention for the children's menu: finally, a place where they eat as well as we do, with real, well-prepared, high-quality food, not just a simplified menu. It's so wonderful to be able to share the same experience as a family! And the desserts… to die for! 🤩 We'll definitely be back!
