A must-see place.
The restaurant room at the back of the fishmonger is very chic and very Klass 👍
The service is more than impeccable.
Lucie explains tuna fishing, quotas, the ethics of her fisherman boss, the quality of the product, respect for fishing, culinary procedures, ethics.
We are dazzled by so much know-how.
The taste experience is top notch.
We thank this entire team motivated around an exceptional product.

A fish restaurant run by a fishing artisan who serves fish dishes from his catch of the day. The dishes are savor Rœux the preparation of original fish and incredible freshness. Patrimonio's wine list is remarkable. Original desserts. An essential address when you come to Saint-Florent.

We reserved a table here in advance having read a mention on the Michelin guide.
As soon as we walked through the fish shop - owned and run by the father of the restaurant owner, a true passionate fisherman family - and enter the garden we felt a warm and familiar vibe yet elegant and charming.
The owner is a master of hospitality: he welcomed us explaining the kitchen philosophy, their fishing technique which preserves the fish taste and texture and is respectful towards the animal (ikejime).
Big sized fish such as tuna and swordfish are the heroes of the menu.
We ordered the tataki and the sushi to start, then tuna steak (my personal highlight) and the fish soup.
Everything was wonderful, taste, color, everything.
Definitely our best dinner in Corsica.

Notre coup de cœur pour ce restaurant où l'agréable accueil dans un décor fleuri et de bon goût nous a séduits. Les plats proposés étaient savoureux et d'une parfaite fraîcheur. Un régal ! Nous recommandons !
