Small restaurant, but excellent food and service

The welcome and service were very pleasant and efficient. The cuisine was refined and sophisticated. Only the decor could be improved to create a warmer atmosphere. Thank you for this wonderful discovery.

A very good meal, with a great selection of vegetarian options that were also very tasty! Little amuse-bouches and side dishes... The waitress was very friendly and smiling! The presentation of the dishes was lovely! Only one comment: the portions were rather small... we were left wanting more! Also, the chestnut cream dessert was good, but the chocolate somewhat overpowered the chestnut flavor, which was a shame. The place is very cozy, with few tables, so it feels comfortable.

EXCEPTIONAL CATERER! We hired Auberge du Pelloux for our wedding reception on December 13, 2025, for both the cocktail hour and the meal. Everything was exceptional from beginning to end. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and praised the quality of the ingredients. The service and the servers were perfect. They were able to adapt to our schedule throughout the evening and took excellent care of us so we could enjoy our guests. We will recommend Auberge du Pelloux without hesitation. A high-quality caterer with a very professional team on the big day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our caterer's service, particularly the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service. The team was always available to answer our questions beforehand, with a smile and a genuine desire to do a good job. On the wedding day, the service was a great success. Special mention goes to the team of waitresses who were there that day, who did a fantastic job, always with a smile, good humor, and great professionalism. Their invaluable help with tidying up the decorations and tables at the end of the evening was particularly appreciated. However, a few points could be improved. There were some mistakes with the desserts (one of the petit fours served was not the one we had ordered), and unfortunately, the children didn't eat their burgers, as they were too spicy, without any compensation being offered afterward. We were also disappointed by the quality of the tablecloths and napkins (provided by one of their suppliers), which were quite poor. The napkins were simply cut pieces of tablecloth (making them difficult to fold neatly). Furthermore, during the tasting, the desserts were unavailable, and the person in charge didn't seem entirely familiar with the menus or the tableware. Despite these areas for improvement, the quality of service on the day and the team's dedication greatly contributed to the success of our wedding.

The cuisine aims to be gastronomic, efforts have been made on the dining room but work must continue: remove these 6 computer screens, put a curtain in front of the door and window of the kitchens which are not used and take care of the surroundings: the parking lot is full of brambles and gives a view of the back kitchen with the cash registers, the furniture....
