L'auberge du Plane sur Le Petit-Abergement

A wonderful time with the family. Excellent food. Friendly atmosphere with special attention paid to birthdays. Special mention to the waiter who had a contagious good humor.

We came as a group, and one of us was vegetarian. We'd seen the menu beforehand and knew that all the dishes included meat or fish, but we'd mentioned when we made the reservation if they could provide something. When we arrived, she was only given the option of a side dish of vegetables (but it was a generous portion): nothing special, but it was fine, and the gratin was good. However, the really disappointing thing was that with the appetizers, there was a salad bowl with tomato and bacon bits for the table, and when the waiter brought it over, he jokingly said, "The young lady won't be able to have any because it has bacon bits in it!"... Seriously, would it have been so difficult to bring her a bowl of salad without the bacon bits? Anyway, she took some from the shared bowl, picking out the bacon bits, but it was really unprofessional, like they didn't want to make even the slightest effort for her and they were letting her know it. Message received, even though I am not a vegetarian myself I will not set foot in that place again.

Everything was perfect! We came as a couple with a baby and received a very warm welcome! Excellent value for money, the frogs' legs are delicious! Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed the €44 set menu. Everything was homemade. Excellent and very generous portions of local cuisine. The staff was fantastic, well done! A great find. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, the servers are fantastic and really liven things up. The frog legs are delicious and the portions are very generous. We had a chocolate birthday cake which was absolutely decadent. Thank you for the experience!

It's a shame the pineapple salad was canned for a €40 set menu. Overall, we enjoyed our meal; the fromage blanc with its coulis was excellent, as were the perch fillets. I also found the inn very noisy.

We had a wonderful time at Auberge du Plâne. Our group of 17 was fantastic, and we enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent specialties and a great atmosphere created by the entire team, both in the dining room and the kitchen! Thank you!

A truly magical place thanks to the warm welcome, the kindness of all the staff, the charming French atmosphere, dishes prepared with respect for the ingredients, a frog leg recipe with a perfectly balanced parsley sauce, and the entire meal was truly excellent.
