We stayed for 1 night to break up the drive. For the good things, the staff. The receptionist was very welcoming and happy to help. The breakfast was also good. However, the room felt small and cramped.

A very pleasant welcome, an excellent evening meal with an incredible starter and dessert buffet to choose from, in short this establishment has everything included, I found my hotel for my many trips to Rouen and surrounding areas Bravo to the Rouen pavilion

La struttura è buona. Ambiente pulito. Ampio parcheggio. La colazione è molto buona. Si trova in zona periferica tranquilla. Il difetto è che se si arriva la sera non esiste un servizio di reception e non c'è personale. Quindi diventa come un residence in cui ci si arrangia da soli. Comunque quando c'è il personale di giorno è disponibile e professionale. Sarebbe bello che il servizio ristorante o bar si protrarasse anche ad un ad orario in tarda serata.

The structure is good. Clean environment. Ample parking. The breakfast is very good. It is located in a quiet suburban area. The flaw is that if you arrive in the evening there is no reception service and there is no staff. So it becomes like a residence where you fend for yourself. However when there is daytime staff they are helpful and professional. It would be nice if the restaurant or bar service could also extend into the late evening.

We stayed two nights at Le Pavillon de Rouen when we were guests at a wedding in the area. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and were keen to answer our questions. They also helped us with local taxi services which we were very grateful for. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, and the breakfast room was also very pleasant with lots of natural light. We would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in the area.

12/09/2024: What a nice surprise! Spacious room (102😍), neat decor, well thought-out functional details, a royal bathroom, shower tray like 120x180 (not measured but very large😃). 5* welcome on a Sunday evening, sound advice for using public transport to visit Rouen (30' by bus), parking closed at night 🙏🏼 Restaurant on site, what more could you ask for... Thanks to the charming person on duty that evening who never wavered from their friendly smile despite the gunshot in the room at 7:30 p.m. Highly recommended address
