Excellent restaurant, very high-quality food! The only downside is the terrible acoustics; you can easily hear other people's conversations, especially when they're not being quiet, which somewhat spoils the evening! They need to work on that! However, everything else is fantastic: good quality ingredients and very professional staff!

He would have stopped at the Auberge du Poids Public, a temple of refined living, warm hospitality, and exquisite cuisine in the vein of the sophisticated yet humble cooking of the great artist Bernard Pacaud at L'Ambroisie in Paris. A masterful culinary expertise that makes your mouth water with every spoonful. You mustn't finish your meal without tasting the marvelous lemon soufflé, worthy of the greatest soufflé creator, Antonin Carême, or the homemade orange madeleines, served warm and so delicious you'll lick your fingers. A true little paradise where pretense is not an option. Here, only perfection matters. Under the expert guidance of the restaurant manager, the service, while not intrusive, proved to be perfectly up to all expectations. As a vegetarian, he was able to create a menu that met my requirements, and I thank him again for that, as well as the very efficient and pleasant receptionist who cheerfully contributes to the excellent welcome at this establishment. One small quibble, though, and just for fun: on the scallops with lemon caviar beurre blanc, I would have liked to see a few lovely little pearls of this citrus fruit on my scallops :0) At a time when prices are rising faster than purchasing power, in this temple of gastronomy, the prices have remained reasonable. Such a rare occurrence these days deserves to be noted. One of the very best Logis hotels in Occitanie. We will be back! The very comfortable rooms with panoramic views of the land of a thousand hills, the "Little Tuscany of France," are so lovely... Thank you. New Year's Eve, December 31st. There were six of us, and it was a magical evening. Everything was perfect: a warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, top-notch wine recommendations from Jean-Pierre, and impeccable service. Excellent meal, a truly original "tableau" at Mille Saveurs. The welcome and the dining room's layout are pleasant. The cocktails are refined, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The cassoulet is creamy and fragrant. The dessert is modern. It's a wonderful experience worth discovering. Thank you to the entire team at the inn. Happy New Year.
