Returning to your establishment after 41 years. The restaurant is still as elegant as ever, the staff are incredibly attentive without being intrusive. The tasting menu and cassoulet were superb. Bravo and congratulations to the head chef!

I came to discover this restaurant, awarded the Maître Restaurateur label, a guarantee of quality and homemade cuisine. The promise was kept: an excellent experience, delicious dishes, and a reasonably priced daily menu. A must-visit address that will win you over!

Excellent restaurant, very high-quality food! The only downside is the terrible acoustics; you can easily hear other people's conversations, especially when they're not being quiet, which somewhat spoils the evening! They need to work on that! However, everything else is fantastic: good quality ingredients and very professional staff!

We just had lunch at this inn where we received a very warm welcome. The staff is very attentive and professional, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in a lovely dining room. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome. A beautiful room and a lovely panoramic view over the Lauragais plain. Very professional service. We had a very relaxing time. Their original house cocktail and tasting menu were excellent.

30/11/2025: We went to Cocagne for lunch with friends today for my birthday, and like every other time, it was perfect. A warm welcome, a delicious meal, and on top of that, the owner offered us a cake for dessert. What more could you ask for to have a wonderful birthday!
