After a delightful dinner this winter and a very pleasant experience with the restaurant staff, we chose Auberge du Poids Public for our family wedding lunch.
Everything was simply perfect! The dishes were seasonal, excellent, refined, and delicious—a very modern cuisine that we enjoyed alongside those who wanted to sample their renowned cassoulet.
The staff were incredibly attentive and highly professional.
Thank you to everyone who made this an unforgettable moment.

A remarkable hotel and restaurant.
A very warm welcome.
At the hotel: the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Excellent bedding.
At the restaurant: a very beautiful, pleasant, and bright dining room. But the dishes served are sublime: simplicity, flavor, and beautiful presentation. It's delicious.
A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ESTABLISHMENT.

The "Cassoulet" menu is still as delicious as ever. However, we were a little disappointed because we had come for a special occasion which, according to your email request, was to be celebrated in the dessert, and...you forgot! Nevertheless, we appreciated your gesture of goodwill.
