L'auberge Fleurie sur Bief

L’Auberge Fleurie lives up to its name. Nestled in a charming little village, between two valleys, this delightful establishment is truly worth a visit. We had lunch there on a public holiday, opting for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious: a great deal of creativity in the presentation, expertly prepared ingredients, and wonderful flavors. The service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive. The only slight drawback: the apricot coulis accompanying the apricot charlotte could have used a touch more sweetness, especially since the dessert itself was quite dry. But this is a minor detail that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the meal. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return.

Mother's Day meal. The restaurant was full, and the food was excellent. A major drawback was the service, which was too slow and lacked a friendly touch.

The place is charming, the terrace intimate and well-shaded. The dishes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We came during a short stay nearby and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
