We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift box we received. We were very warmly welcomed, the food was delicious and homemade. We'll gladly return now that we've discovered this place!
L’Auberge Fleurie lives up to its name. Nestled in a charming little village, between two valleys, this delightful establishment is truly worth a visit.
We had lunch there on a public holiday, opting for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious: a great deal of creativity in the presentation, expertly prepared ingredients, and wonderful flavors. The service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive.
The only slight drawback: the apricot coulis accompanying the apricot charlotte could have used a touch more sweetness, especially since the dessert itself was quite dry. But this is a minor detail that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the meal.
A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return.
Mother's Day meal. The restaurant was full, and the food was excellent.
A major drawback was the service, which was too slow and lacked a friendly touch.
