What a wonderful surprise! Excellent food and service! Very pleasant room! The only slight drawback was the size of the TV, but that's a minor detail compared to the overall experience! Thank you for this stay, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Interesting stopover hotel with very comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated rooms. Well located at the entrance to the pretty little village of Montsalvy, where it's nice to hang out and walk around. Don't miss the smells of the past, the church, the lost cloister, the monks' refectory, etc. The food is decent, but the service can be a little too "relaxed"... A little more rigor would have been appreciated.

The cuisine is sophisticated, surprising, and frankly, very successful. Everything is perfect, from starter to dessert. Service is provided with a smile by a very friendly team. A must-see if you're in the area or passing through.

Very warm welcome, excellent meal. The service from Clément and Audrey is very good. Generous plates, special mention for the tomato ice cream and the mozzarella chantilly.

25/09/2025: Incredible restaurant with cuisine like almost no other. All-you-can-eat starter buffet, choice of two main courses, cheeses, and desserts. Everything is homemade and excellent. I recommend it. The entrance from the road doesn't look like much, but the interior is an incredible surprise when you sit down at your table.
