From the food to the service, everything is absolutely perfect.
This inn embodies the authenticity of true restaurants, which are sadly becoming increasingly rare. Cloth tablecloths and napkins, refined cuisine, rich in flavors, showcasing wonderful local recipes.
The service is impeccable, attentive, and accompanied by valuable advice for each dish. Congratulations on a truly wonderful experience.

Traditional cuisine just the way we like it.
Truffle, pigeon, and soufflé menus…
Professional head waiter/maître d'hôtel, a real character,
with a lovely, nonchalant belly, clearly enjoying life…😀👍
But why serve zucchini with the squab in January????? Doesn't the chef know about seasonality???
Or is it a sauce made a long time ago and frozen (if so, why not, admittedly)?
But if a fine dining establishment is deliberately serving out-of-season food, then…🥶
Nevertheless, it's very good if you appreciate traditional cuisine and are in the mood for it. Which is my case.
€14 for a glass of Crozes…🫣 it's not exactly a Grand Cru…
A very slight rethink, a touch of freshness, and this place should be a hit!

Don't hesitate to book a table at L'Auberge Provençale 🤩 you won't be disappointed 👍 From the appetizers to the dessert 🍽 everything is delicious, a true delight 😋. There's a good selection on the menus, for all budgets! They also offer more sophisticated menus for gourmets. The service is impeccable; the staff is very attentive. The place is spotless 👍 I recommend it 100%. Don't hesitate to step inside this charming restaurant. I go there regularly and I'm never disappointed 👍

Having had lunch at this restaurant several times, I can say it's very good. However, the drinks are very expensive, which is a shame and discourages me from booking a table for six next week.

A very warm welcome, efficient and professional service, and excellent food at reasonable prices. Thank you to the whole team for this successful stopover before getting back on the motorway. It's worth leaving the motorway for a good meal.
