Correct in terms of value for money, the only problem was that the waitress honestly told me that the meat came from Gers, Aubrac is in Aveyron, there was no Aveyron specialty, would it be time to change the name?

Charcuterie board provided but not crazy, main courses good, desserts disappointing.
Despite any full restaurant, it is better to reserve

My return to Aubrac is quite divided. The quantities are present, I have nothing to say about that, however, the quality of the cold meats and the foie gras (semi-cooked) is not up to par. If everyone at the table does not take a set meal, there is no possibility of serving the à la carte dish at the same time as the set meal (this happens at the same time as the starter). The meats have no accompanying sauce (ketchup, mayo, mustard) and the wine prices are quite high.
I am generally disappointed with the restaurant but the à la carte dishes are good and the meat is well cooked.

Attracted by the concept of the restaurant and meat lovers, I was disappointed by the service and the cuisine, nice beef, cooked well but served almost cold without seasoning or accompanying sauce. I look at the neighbor's house, even delirious. When we asked the waitress, she told us that there was no possibility of sauce... a little disturbing given the price of the meats and the expected service. The restaurant had a reputation and today the quality is starting to decline. Don't expect to break your taste buds

Perfect restaurant for lovers of good food, the only place where charcuterie and foie gras are unlimited thanks to the formula offered on the menu. Only good products for people who appreciate south west cuisine and rugby fans you will fall fan of this address, the decor is great to taste which as its name indicates Aubrac meat, duck and a whole assortment of charcuterie and which for the price of the formulas is not really expensive with cooking over a wood fire, everything is perfect. the service is provided by a super friendly and very helpful young woman. An address that I recommend without any problem if you are passing through Toulouse, it is a must.

We have come to dine at Aubrac several times now. The formulas include unlimited charcuterie as a starter followed by a main course and a cheese board or dessert to finish. All for a reasonable price! The quality is there. The impeccable atmosphere and quality service. We have never been disappointed with our meals at this establishment.
