First average experience, one evening so little atmosphere I think that at lunchtime things are more moving.
In terms of cooking, I took a truffle that arrived warm and cold, of course it was changed quickly, perhaps too much not to think of a microwave which did the job so mixed

We had a great time, we enjoyed ourselves, I chose escargot, a shallot flank steak, it was really very tender, a delicious tarte tatin.
It's a very well located place and we had a very pleasant and humorous server!

We came by chance for coffee because our usual bar was closed for annual holidays.
We were overall happy with the place and the service.
The espresso was very good and the price reasonable for the city center.

Brasserie very well located in the heart of Jaude, which means quite a few people and sometimes service a little long because some days there are few or not enough servers in sight. The menu is quite varied and the dishes are very good, at least all the ones I have tasted. The desserts are also super good and plentiful.

Sehr lecker...
Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Gerichte sehr frisch und geschmacklich was man erwartet.

Brasserie bien située, le type de lieu où l'on vient déjeuner en prenant un plat du jour, tout simplement.
Malheureusement, bien que le service soit rapide, sympathique et efficace, nos assiettes sont arrivées tièdes et l'accompagnement "pommes de terres boulangères" était quasiment froid, insipide.
On a eu la sensation que les pommes de terre étaient sorties de l'eau sans être vraiment cuisinées, dommage....pour un plat du jour.
