We didn't sleep there, we just went to the restaurant and we really enjoyed ourselves as always. The mix between French cuisine and Asian cuisine is absolutely delicious. The service is impeccable and attentive. Simply perfect.

We finally found the time to go and we were not disappointed. The welcome is perfect, as is the service from start to finish. The card is simple and very original. We feasted. We highly recommend. See you soon. Henry

We went to eat here. Super experience, friendly staff and tasty food. Veggie options available as well. Super wine concept where you get to choose from the cellar.

A “magical” place We had lunch twice in this original restaurant, on the garden side, well thought out to find the calm necessary for tasting delicious dishes! Exceptional products prepared with taste, with finesse and harmonious presentation, mixing colors and flavors for a suspended moment. A special touch, I appreciated finding in this restaurant a Spanish white wine, discovered several years ago... and even in Mexico "Oroya" The welcome is charming, the service is impeccable! Well done to all of you, it’s a shame there isn’t such a place in Pau 😊

Very peaceful place for lunch or dinner. Very pleasant and smiling welcome! We had a great time, the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed discovering new flavors and dishes that I didn't know, like the crispy egg. A delight!!! I recommend this place, charming and delicious! I plan to find it there soon.

Le cadre est très mignon pour manger dehors, Le repas était excellent comme toujours, le vin également. Le service impeccable. Nous reviendrons 🙂

Hotel Restaurant LES MINOTIERS

03/04/2024: The Easter meal was very fine and plentiful, in fact the restaurant manager told us that it was always full.
31/03/2024: We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi, it is a spectacle, very large patio and green grass with a small pond Free parking right in front of the accommodation, right in the center of the medieval town. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend this could be a good place.
