Perfection exists, you will find it here. This chicken mozzarella quiche of the day is the best I have ever eaten. It's silly to say but it's true. Welcome with a straight face, we love it. Come back! THANKS !

As excellent and beautiful as I remembered! Please note the salon closes at 6:30 p.m. and not 7 p.m., remember to correct the times to avoid disappointment ☺️

It was pouring and we were looking for a place to eat, we had a baby stroller and we tried our luck at this place. We didn't have a reservation but we didn't have space problems. We had to fold the stroller to be in the store, but they were very kind and didn't give us any problems. We ordered dishes and then tried different desserts. Everything was very tasty and the value for money was quite good. The attention during the service was very good (they understood and spoke some Spanish)

Hearty, tasty dishes at fair prices as for the superb desserts the choice is difficult Never disappointed in this salon where the staff takes great care.

Visiting on a Sunday afternoon, we chose a trade wind tea and a hot chocolate which were of very good quality. We also opted for 3 different pastries: cheesecake, pistachio tart and lemon tart which were all as delicious as each other and undeniably homemade. 😋 Impeccable and warm service despite a lot of people. I highly recommend! The only downside is that the place is a little cramped.

We tried this Saturday, 30 minutes to get our tea because they no longer had a clean teapot☹. No towels given or sugar offered. Floury scone and “industrial” double cream? Waiter smiling happily because noisy tea room Okay not conclusive Any Teas in Passage Sarget is just as small but it's cheaper and you're served quickly

Siempre paso por este Salón de Té cuando voy a Bordeaux. Las tartas son exquisitas. Eso si, el local es muy pequeñito así que encontrar mesa, no es fácil.

La Fabrique

26/07/2023: Trying the rack of Iberian pork means adopting it. The same goes for Pic St Loup, in association. THANKS
24/07/2023: Excellent restaurant, I go there regularly. The cuisine is excellent, made with very good products (and good portions, by the way). The pavlova is fantastic, and the wine list is also great! (Roc de Cambes, Aurage, etc...)
