A very pleasant stay! A very professional and efficient team. A manager who was always available, dynamic, and dedicated. A very pleasant atmosphere in the accommodations, a wonderful vacation.

It’s a somewhat mixed feedback… if the staff were helpful but the lack of resources was enormous! A product for cleaning tables that sticks more than it cleans... meh... the rooms weren't really very clean when we arrived... we can't satisfy everyone's taste buds with such limited choices of drinks and catering! On the other hand, there was a choice of fruit... rotten! I have never seen so many rotten fruits in a fruit basket... It's a shame not to try to satisfy your customers better when you have staff who try to do their best, as we encountered! That said, we had a good laugh and I put a real point of honor on the very smiling staff! In terms of location, the club couldn't do better! At the foot of the slopes, return passable even for beginners.

We had an excellent stay in this establishment where the family atmosphere makes all the difference. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by smiling, warm and particularly attentive staff. Their kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our stay pleasant. Management, under the leadership of Matthis, is attentive to comments and keen to make continuous improvements, which is very appreciable. The ski departure is a real asset, allowing you to take full advantage of the slopes without constraints. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely come back! A brilliant stay. At the foot of the slopes, full board, attentive staff... In short, a flawless experience that we recommend. The ski school is next door (1500 or 1800 and the chairlift is 20m away). Snowshoeing possibilities... with walks organized by the club, entertainment... At the top!
