Friendly welcome, good service but poor value for money!!! €31 for a simple raclette with 2 small potatoes and a plate of laser-cut charcuterie weighing about 70g...the cheese itself is excellent, a little more charcuterie and potatoes would be nice without reducing your profit margin.

We had my daughters 21st Birthday meal here this week - could not fault the service or quality of food. Very nice place one of many good restaurants we found this week - always best to book before you go.

A very good, friendly, and typical restaurant in the resort. The young staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. There's a wide selection of mountain specialties.
For those with sensitive stomachs, be warned: it smells strongly of cheese! For those with a sweet tooth, be warned: it smells too good to be true ;)
Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time; we were a table of 12. The staff were very friendly. We tried the morel fondue, which was excellent. We also had a raclette and a Morbier fondue, both excellent. We went back the next day because we were tired of cheese, so we ordered burgers. They were excellent! I highly recommend it.

A truly wonderful experience at L’Avalanche restaurant.
The atmosphere is cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxing meal.
The service is welcoming and friendly, which immediately puts you at ease.
As for the food, everything was excellent: a delicious porcini mushroom fondue, a flavorful and perfectly cooked veal rump, a delectable Mont d’Or cheese, not to mention the charcuterie that accompanied the dishes, which was truly top-quality.
The wine recommendation was also excellent.
We highly recommend it!

Finally, a restaurateur who prioritizes the quality of the ingredients over profit margins!
Respectful of the staff, customers, and their profession.
My wife and I ate near the bar and received a very warm welcome.
Quantity and quality were both excellent.
Top-notch service and the owner even gave us advice on how to cook the Savoyard fondue.
Finally, a restaurant that doesn't treat tourists like suckers!
I know what I'm talking about; I'm in the business.
Congratulations again to the whole team!
