A reservation made with meticulous care, as well as the service (both!) provided by Laure, who is kind, smiling, and happy to recommend all the specialties; she makes you want to order from the menu! Thanks to Laure, we booked on Monday! Before our departure! 🥰😎🙏 A thousand thanks to Laure and to all the seasonal staff, who are so dedicated to our happiness.

Having come from Corsica for a skiing holiday, I settled here with a friend on the advice of local friends, and I wasn't disappointed. A warm welcome and typical mountain fare prepared by a Corsican, which was a definite plus. Served by Laure and Max, who were always smiling, we had a wonderful time. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we're going back this month.

A quality dining experience with excellent service to match. I tried fondue, raclette, and even Thai tartare—everything was top-notch. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and created a warm atmosphere. Perfect after a day of skiing! Highly recommended.

A lovely establishment where I had dinner with my son. Excellent value for money. The raclette with Morbier cheese was delicious. I would definitely go back on my next stay in Isola 2000.

The owner and staff are excellent. The food is plentiful and delicious. A bus driver who regularly eats lunch here.

04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.
30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros. BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right! They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!
