A roadside diner...right in town! Excellent homemade food, varied daily specials at unbeatable prices, and efficient service. A must-try in Armentières. Open for lunch only, Monday to Friday; reservations are highly recommended...especially on Fridays.

La Taverne Armentièroise

22/09/2026: A lovely discovery! This restaurant has a very pretty setting. The dining room is rather small, but the staff are pleasant. We had a very good meal.

L'Identique

28/03/2026: Hello, So why 5 stars? I'm from Normandy, and when I come to the Lille area, this is exactly the kind of brasserie where I like to relax! You can tell that things are done right here; you'll find the traditions of good living: a warm "Bonjour" full of smiles, you'll feel the pleasure of being welcomed. The same goes for the food; the steak tartare, the same one I used to eat at my aunt's butcher shop in Wattignies, is delicious. So, I highly recommend it. And a big BRAVO and THANK YOU for contributing to the success of our stay in Lille.
