This is my 3rd experience in this 1055. Great activities for all ages, games and clean environment, my children were delighted. On the other hand, a very big downside regarding the quality of the catering service each time. kid park we order 1 beer, 2 pancakes. No tray, no cutlery, no napkins. The little ones must eat cleanly and the parents have 3 hands and 3 eyes, the slowness of the service (although few customers) force you to supervise the children while waiting for 2 pancakes which are already cooked in advance. Brasserie: the waitresses seemed shifty (not very engaging). I ordered a pizza, which I waited a very long time because the order did not come to the kitchen, fortunately when I went to see it for the 2nd time (because the first time I was told: "it's cooked") I am came across a friendly waiter who refunded me, apologized and followed up my order as quickly as possible. The previous time I was made to wait 10 minutes (with small children excited by the atmosphere) to give me a menu and when I ordered they told me it was full!😤. In short, good staff are rare.... perhaps the boss should consider mini training for each employee explaining the basics of the job. Like not running away from the customer and smiling... Having no competition on lons you are lucky!

Very good atmosphere. But problem at the bowling alley. We signed up but were never called. In the end he doesn't find us. We waited almost an hour with 4 children including 1 baby because the reservation had not been recorded correctly by the employee.

Lots of coin games out of service... A game of shuffleboard worked every other time at the wind tunnel... Not all that great.
