Once again at 1217, which we were eagerly awaiting, we enjoyed excellent dishes, even though we assume the chef has changed since we had been more impressed in the past, and always in an incredible setting.
However, the service was mediocre, with young people with very little experience who had difficulty explaining the dishes to us properly, who cleared our plates at high speed even though some of them weren't even finished on the table. We even had a digestif removed even though it wasn't even finished! The sommelier was completely absent, all the glasses regularly empty, and we ended up helping ourselves by going to get the bottle.
And what nerve, at 11:00 p.m. (arriving at 7:30 p.m.), when the table had already been paid for €1,400, we were informed that the restaurant was closing and urged to vacate the premises.
