Le 1217 sur Bagnols

Once again at 1217, a restaurant we had been eagerly anticipating, we enjoyed excellent dishes, although we suspect the chef has changed, as we had been more impressed in the past, and the setting remains incredible. However, the service was mediocre, with very inexperienced young staff who struggled to explain the dishes properly and cleared our plates at breakneck speed, even though some dishes weren't finished. We even had a digestif removed before we'd even finished it! The sommelier was completely absent, our glasses were constantly empty, and we ended up having to serve ourselves by fetching the bottle. And what nerve! At 11:00 PM (we arrived at 7:30 PM), after already paying €1400, we were informed that the restaurant was closing and rushed to leave.
