A good restaurant with quality products and clarity on the provenance on the menu. It's a real plus.
The food is good, the waiting time is reasonable considering the preparations for the different dishes.
The place is harmonious and the decoration is very neat.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because the waiter (certainly a beginner) didn't know the menu well and lacked a certain amount of interpersonal skills in his responses. Nevertheless, he was very nice.
We will come back, thank you for your work.

We are regulars at 1 located on the banks of the Loire in Nantes. We went there in July and were once again very satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, the room is pleasant and has recently been redone. The dishes are tasty, made with fresh produce. The service is attentive and efficient. All with very good value for money. An address that we recommend.

I just came in early morning, before 10am. Just for a coffee. Cappucino was excellent! But on top of this, pain au chocolat was "not ready yet". And, really, when it was ready, just out of their oven, I had a trully fresh pain au chocolat (in fact, two). Two extra points: The kindness of the waiter. And the great habit to bring a glass of water with the coffee. Really, an unexpected short coffee experience, which although looks like a simple thing is becoming rare in our days (with bad coffee of 100 names served in carton cups, waiters never smiling or too busy, yesterday's vienoiseries, and of course, no water, unless your beg or pay for it). Well done! Small things make the difference. Ohhh! I was about to forget the amazing music, great taste. I wanted to stay for lunch. So I will be back.
