Meals always delicious, the menu changes regularly and the dishes are always original The atmosphere is calm and very pleasant and the view of the kitchen is really nice

Didn’t eat because it was empty and no one speaks English. Would recommend restaurants of this level to be open to internationals. The menu looked nice and would probably taste good. Our service was nice too.

But what a delicious discovery, a real gem this restaurant which deserves a distinction in the Michelin guide. Impeccable service, superb presentation, original and delicious dishes. Great value for money, I'm going back!

Very good meal and pleasant service. The atmosphere of the room differs greatly between the main room, which is more modern, and the upstairs. I recommend.

Dinner for 2 on this freezing July 14 weekend in Nancy. Large round table for 2 with young and ultimately quite fast service despite a group upstairs. E/P/D menu at 45€ which remains reasonable even if the dishes were "simple", flank steak, gravlax salmon and too bad an overcooked Turbot. Special mention to the 2 desserts, Pavlova and Fraisier. wine list with enough to find what you're looking for without spending too much.

Un cadre agréable et calme. L’accueil est sympathique et souriant. La carte est courte, de saison et s’adapte aux végétariens et véganes. Le menu en trois temps est à 36€, peu cher pour la qualité des produits et la réalisation des plats que l’on voit cuisiner sous nos yeux grâce aux cuisines ouvertes. Le menu change régulièrement pour s’adapter aux saisons. Le poisson est parfaitement cuit. Mention spéciale au dessert de fruits, peu sucré et rafraîchissant. Le seul point négatif réside en la lenteur du service et le manque de sourire du serveur.

Ca, c'est une bonne adresse ! Personnel accueillant, prévenant et vue directe sur la cuisine où on peut voir les cuistots sans cesse en action. Nous avions pris le menu à 45 € avec saumon gravlax, suivi d'un turbot en plat et un fraisier en dessert. C'était vraiment excellent en terme de cuisson, de fraîcheur et de goût. Un peu loin pour y retourner mais si l'occasion se représentait pour nous de retourner à Nancy, on n'hésiterait pas un seul instant.

29/08/2024: We had dinner during the week for our wedding anniversary. Very calm and very cozy atmosphere. Impeccable service. There is taste and texture on the plates. The products are fresh and quality. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you to the chef who takes the time to come and greet the people in the room. Very good table. gastronomic. I recommend
21/08/2024: The setting of the restaurant is pretty with lots of details. The entire service team is attentive and kind. The chef greeted his customers twice. The dishes are beautifully presented with an unusual mix of tastes. Children find their dish even if there is no children's menu. We had a great time.

23/01/2025: Excellent flavor menu, the foie gras as a starter = superb, the shadow knight with its candied leeks ditto Smiling and attentive service (even with the dog!), beautiful decoration of the room, well spaced tables. TOP address.
08/01/2025: Where heaven touched earth. My experience here was fenomenal. The combination of flavors and texture brought literal tears to my eyes. I cannot explain it other than I felt love while eating here. Heavenly.
